GUIDE

The very last column is the Zoning Category recommended by Planning and Zoning (P&Z)  and the Planning Advisory Board (PAB).

If the column is HIGHLIGHTED in Yellow or Pink, P&Z and the PAB have approved the requested change in zoning for consideration by the Harford County Council.  Pink is a recommendation that agricultural land be converted to Rural Residential.

The Harford County Council has the FINAL SAY as to whether the Zoning should be approved or denied.
