The property on the southwestern corner of MD 152 and Bel Air Road (Aumar Village) was granted B3 zoning during the last round of Comprehensive Rezoning in the Fall of 2009. A Community Input Meeting is scheduled for December 21, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at the Fallston Library. Below is the PROPOSED Site Plan. Please review the site plan prior to the Community Input Meeting. The Developer has asked for community input as to the types of facilities to be developed at the location. The primary concerns of the GFA relate to access off of MD 152, buffering of adjacent residential properties and stormwater management. PROPOSED SITE PLAN AUMAR VILLAGE (submitted by CNA Engineers) The Following 4 Illustrations were created by the GFA based on the above proposed site plan to assist citizens in understanding the approximate site location of the proposed project and the approximate location of the proposed Full Turn Access into Aumar Village from MD 152. These are NOT documents prepared by the developer or CNA Engineers. Technical details and measurements should be confirmed with CNA Engineers.
